About Us

I've been a proud and passionate licensed mental health therapist, hypnotist and life coach for families and adults for 12 years. Seven years ago, I was clearly called to pursue spiritual coaching after a traumatic relationship and physical health experience. These life-changing challenges led me on a deeply healing journey which completely transformed my self-loathing, intense fear, anxiety, PTSD, victim mentality and hopelessness into deep peace, self-worth and self-love. I also experienced a full physical recovery in ways I never imagined possible when I was chronically ill for so many years. The illness had caused me to become nearly disabled and I lost my identity and true sense of purpose in life. I now fully know that we can heal ourselves from within through our love for ourselves. I am so grateful for these experiences because I have truly found a love for myself and my life again.

I now live with laughter, joy, peace, courage, freedom and purpose every day. I continue to learn new ways to love myself and others and to “walk the talk” of unconditional love. I have remembered how to live a life following deep inner guidance and knowing (intuition), which has led me to make the highest and best choices for my life and has transformed my life miraculously. I know miracles happen. I have seen it in my own life and the lives of my clients and others. A miracle is a shift from fear to love. They happen every single day to all of us.

The individual and group spiritual coaching programs, prayer support and retreats I facilitate give me so much gratitude, joy and healing! I volunteer my time offering prayer support, spiritual coaching, and facilitating support groups. I hosted a weekly Radio show called “Many Miracles,” I am passionate about working with anyone who is willing and desires to live a life applying any of these Truths, to find joy, peace, and your bliss.

In my free time I love to be in warm or hot nature in the mountains or beaches, in my camper van, sing, play guitar, listen to music, spend intimate time with friends and family, snack and watch comedy! In addition to my work as a therapist, hypnotist, minister, facilitator and spiritual coach, my interviews have been featured in international summits and I offer self-forgiveness workshops and retreats on the web and in person in various locations on the east coast.

I would be deeply honored to work with you and help you discover the truth about your self. The TRUTH is that you are beautiful, miraculous and perfect, full of only love and light. You can truly heal anything and live the life that you desire, because you DESERVE it. You are meant to be happy. It is your birthright. Are you ready for this miracle right now??
