Mental Health Therapy

I have been a mental health therapist for 12 years and have worked with children, teens, adults, couples, families and groups. am licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon (license #C5064) and Virginia (license # 0701007480). I am in Network in Oregon with Pacific Source and Moda. You may be able to use your out of network benefits in Oregon. You would submit out of network claims yourself to your insurance if you choose. I also accept cash pay/out of pocket.

My most favorite areas I specialize in are hypnosis, nonviolent communication, somatic (body-based) therapy, inner child work, LGBTQ and transgender sensitive therapy for adults and spiritual counseling and coaching.

Some of the modalities that I integrate in therapy are somatic experiencing (using the body to heal), inner child work, visualization, mindfulness, DBT, and Trauma focused CBT and most importantly, my inner guidance, to direct my sessions.

Don't let anyone ever tell you you cannot cure your depression, anxiety, PTSD, or any mental health disorder. I did, and I have seen clients and others in my life cure theirs. You absolutely can.
